Last year at this time David and I were in Costa Rica. I was using the time on the veranda to finish up the Bible Study I had been working on. The study uses the Book of Hosea in the Old Testament to get a flavor of who God is. I had thought at that time that the study was going to be used as a precursor for out Tiara Ladies Retreat last April. What with one thing and another that did not happen. But I still have this study and I still want to share some of the amazing things that Hosea has to teach us.
So, once again I am trying to figure out how I will do a Bible Study from a distance. I am not in Costa Rica, but I am living on the Navajo Nation in northeastern Arizona.
I have a few questions to sort out before I begin.
Who is interested in joining me in a 6 week study?
What is a good time to get together online for discussion?
How will the discussion be done?
Some of the options I have considered for doing the discussions are anymeeting.com, groups on google+, and skype....at this point I am leaning towards anymeeting.com as the discussions can be recorded for those unable to make the live meeting. All of the options I am looking at are free for obvious reasons.
During the week, discussions can be continued through commenting on the blog.
